Most guests undress to their comfort level; you’ll always be properly draped with fresh linens, and your privacy is gently respected at every moment. If you wish to remain partially or fully clothed (other than for chair massage), please let us know in advance—some therapists specialize in techniques for clothed massage, and we want to ensure your comfort is matched by the right expertise. Advance Bookings (24+ hours ahead) Plans change. Cancel or reschedule within 20 hours of acceptance—no fee. After that, a $20 fee per therapist applies. Bookings Made Less Than 24 Hours Ahead (not same-day) If you booked for tomorrow or later but within 24 hours, you may cancel or reschedule by 6:00 AM the next day—no fee. After that, a $20 fee per therapist applies. Same-Day Bookings—With a Grace Period For sessions booked today, enjoy a gentle 15-minute grace period after your booking is accepted—no fee if you change your mind. After the grace period, cancellations or reschedules made at least 4 hours before your appointment incur a $20 fee per therapist. If you cancel less than 2 hours before your session, a $50 fee per therapist applies. No-Shows and Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, or do not arrive at all, the full booking amount is charged. If We Must Cancel If, for any reason, your therapist cannot make it or we make a mistake, you are never charged.
Ease is woven into every step. Pay securely with your debit or credit card—Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express—or with a Tranquil, SpaFinder, or SpaWeek gift card. If you use a SpaWeek or single-use SpaFinder card, email us for smooth redemption. Prepaid or reloadable cards, ACH transfers, and money orders are not accepted. Payment is only processed after your pause is confirmed.

Your first pause is paired with a therapist chosen for both skill and presence. Returning guests are welcome to request a familiar face if available.
Every booking is held just for you. All sales are final, but we honor exceptions with care and discretion. If a session ends early for safety or conduct, or if a therapist must cancel, we never charge for what you did not receive. A non-refundable 5% processing fee applies to refunded bookings, unless the reason is our fault.
Can I gift a session? Yes, you can gift calm. Our gift cards are perfect for any occasion, allowing you to share a pause and a sense of stillness with someone special.
